Mission Statement: “To preserve and protect the Presidential Yacht POTOMAC for use as a classroom and museum dedicated to imparting to present and future generations the continuing impact of the Franklin Delano Roosevelt era” The POTOMAC Association is a non profit organization dedicated to the historical preservation of the Presidential Yacht USS POTOMAC. The ship also sails often on the San Francisco Bay for public history cruises and special events like Fleet Week.
