It’s about time we introduce you to chef Joyce Liu of Pomet. It been long over due as she has been at the helm since January 2024. She is mighty and a force in the kitchen! A graduate 👨‍🎓 of the French Culinary Institute (now international culinary center) and a seasoned leader!
