Cooking Mushrooms is not a new thing for me. Growing up eating Chinese food we had MUSHROOMS 🍄 , FROM loving all kinds of food, also going to culinary school, learning from other chefs, and also working at some pretty dope restaurants that ordered from @kingofmushroomssf when I worked for Marlowe restaurant. Mushrooms have always been apart of life for food. Mushrooms can be used for so many different things in many different ways NOT JUST A MEAT REPLACEMENT! 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m like can folks just eat some food. Without labels, replacement for other meals. Enjoy the life of food!!
