Moving Through Conversation✨ is a practice of movement and healthful engagement through dialogue. The intention behind this practice is to collectively hold space for one another in the safety of our community following a yoga flow. We often confront discomfort within our practice much like we experience in conversation. Yet the goal always is to work through the resistance, to trust yourself, to reflect on what is coming up, to release what doesn’t serve you, to build upon the information you received.

Today we share our approach to creating the food system we want to have, one that serves all! We have a vision for the next two years that’s full of partnerships with the food businesses and neighbors who already have the skills and know the need. Our goal is to get connect them with resources.

Thank you @. We got Coccora (Amanita calyptroderma) and Wild Oysters mushrooms 🍄.

The mushrooms love connecting. Most recently I learned a bit more about the Coccora mushroom. So it felt so meant to be when I received these beautiful mushrooms to cook.

I love the flavor of these mushroom, for me it’s has a slight sweet Unami flavors. A thick mushroom, the top of the cap should be peeled before cooking.

You always wanna make sure you cook mushrooms firsts i typically sauté onions and garlic with these delicious treats.

This mushroom can be good for vegan Stews, mushroom balls, pasta, rice dishes, salads, and so much more.

These mushroom were made with a delicious seasonal pumpkin stew with loves of veggies and black eye peas.
