Aysha depends on no one!

Aysha is the rarest type of woman who loves with her whole heart.

Aysha would rather be alone than be with the wrong people.

She is not a sweet talker, she shows love through honesty.

Anyone who is loved by her is the luckiest person, but don't ever take advantage of her kindness.

Once you break her trust, she'll walk away - because those who fly solo often have
the strongest wings.

B. 2. When do I need to report my company’s beneficial ownership information to FinCEN?

A reporting company created or registered to do business before January 1, 2024, will have until January 1, 2025 to file its initial beneficial ownership information report.

A reporting company created or registered on or after January 1, 2024, and before January 1, 2025, will have 90 calendar days after receiving notice of the company’s creation or registration to file its initial BOI report. This 90-calendar day deadline runs from the time the company receives actual notice that its creation or registration is effective, or after a secretary of state or similar office first provides public notice of its creation or registration, whichever is earlier.

Reporting companies created or registered on or after January 1, 2025, will have 30 calendar days from actual or public notice that the company’s creation or registration is effective to file their initial BOI reports with FinCEN.

Confession 10

When we decided to buy our first property! We didn’t have Christmas or any kids bday parties for 1 year!

Truth be told they don’t even remember it! They only remember big Christmas & birthday parties!

Sacrifice can be a self or family decision!

Some people just worry about the wrong things!

We moved in December 21st it was the coldest winter. Heater didn’t work, only presents we had for the kids was:

1.) heavy feather blankets from there nana
2.) dollar store big red bow on their room doors
3.) hot chocolate
4.) hot cream of wheat for breakfast
5.) kisses
6.) A prayer to God for our family blessings

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

12/22/2023

Confession 8

I don’t post my trainings/mentorship like I should, but one thing for sure I will one day!

I’m in love with the fact that my trainings end in two Questions:

1.) what did you all learn today
2.) open your POS system and look at what your Earned today

They say what Aisha what makes you different from other leaders? We make money while we learn…

My mentorship/leadership consist of =

Earn while you Learn

Real leaders teach you how to grab the bag? while making money teaching you!

Someone reading this will not share, but will repost in their own words….

12/21/2023

Good morning beautiful women abd handsome men! DONT BE RUDE COMMENT BACK!

May your day start off positive and that you dodge all negativity so you can have a prosperous day!

REMEMBER TO PRAY OVER YOUR GOALS & ASK GOD TO ALIGN THEM WITH THE PATH HE SET FOR YOU!

12/21/2023

Confession 8

I don’t work for money! I let money work for me!

Their are two types of people
1.) people who make money to buy liabilities
2.) people who use money earned and borrowed to purchase assets

Liabilities consist of cars, real estate, material things (pay attention to these people showing you new car’s, name brand items etc…)

Assets consist of life insurance, earnings from rental properties, limited partnerships, and other projects where you're not involved in the continued generation of earnings.

Passive income ideas:
Create a course.
Write an e-book.
Rental income.
Affiliate marketing.
Flip retail products.
Sell photography online.
Buy crowdfunded real estate.
Peer-to-peer lending.

I’m finally speaking out on my truth and how I built my mindset

My only option was to WIN!

12/19/2023

Confession 7

For me to make it as an entrepreneur …I had to realize that the money you make is not a pay check!

You create your pay check by how much time you put in to make the sales.

To be entrepreneur you much invest in the company!

Revenue is like a roller coaster! It goes up and down.

You know your real entrepreneur when it’s down & you DONT QUIT!

Good morning to my people who never give up and QUITTING IS NOT AN OPTION!

How does the Child Tax Credit affect the return?

The 2023 child tax credit is worth up to $2,000 per qualifying child. However, the credit is not fully refundable, which means that you cannot receive the entire $2,000 back as a tax refund, even if you have a $0 tax liability and qualify for the full credit amount.

FYI CTC will not be in a form of a check just a credit for 2023 to lower your tax liability

12/16/2023

Confession 6

I’ve made mistakes and I’m not afraid to hold myself accountable! I never apologize by saying I’m sorry.

Words mean nothing!

I apologize through my actions and ability to reflect on how I can prevent that mistake from happening again. I also show apologies through ways I can resolve the issue! This goes for personal and business.

I STAND ON INTEGRITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY!

Good morning Queens and Kings!

12/15/2023

Confession 5:

I’m not great at content, but I’m great at networking in person.

I quite my job end of 2018 and used my Tax Refund as seed money to fund my vision!

My first office was $500 a month and it only fit a small desk! If you turned around you would kiss the wall lol that’s how small it was!

GOOD MORNING BELIEVE IN YOUR SELF!

12/14/2023

Good morning beautiful people! If you’re thankful to see another sun rise say good morning back!
Prosperity and Grow to you all!

Confession #4

I use to be embarrassed to go to the bank and deposit small amounts of money.

12/13/2023

Confession 3:

I encourage my clients to take a vacation with their Tax Refund if they never went out of country. You must travel to see the bigger picture

12/13/2023

Confession #2

I invest my TAX REFUND money into CD’s, Life insurance, Roth IRA’s, other investments to make more money!

I also use my TAX REFUND to pay my property taxes

I use my TAX REFUND to make one extra payment a year on the principal balance for my mortgage

I only invest in 401k if the company I work for matches me, so if any money is lost it would be the company’s portion! (Some of yall missed that)

FEEL FREE TO ASK ME WHY I THINK THIS WAY AND WHY I ADVISE MY TAX CLIENTS TO THINK FOR THE PRESENT AND FUTURE?

12/13/2023

Confession:

I only buy cars I can pay in full! Because I don’t believe in monthly debt that can be deposited in my saving.

My method of thinking…if you could pay 50k on a car and pay the finance company monthly on time. What wrong with buying cheap 10k car and put that $500 dollar monthly car note you was going to pay in your own savings (pay your self before you pay someone else)

What percentage of your check do you bless yourself with? And I’m not talking about buying Gucci, Ysl etc…..

ASK ME WHY I THINK THIS WAY!

Test for Head of Household

The child lived in your home for more than half of 2022 (temporary absences away from home, such as time spent at school, count as time lived at home). Send as many documents as necessary to show that the child lived with you for more than half of the year

What is BOI 2024?

As originally written, the BOI reporting rule provided that a domestic reporting company created on or after January 1, 2024 or a foreign reporting company first registered on or after January 1, 2024 must file its initial beneficial ownership information report with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN)

If I have an S-Corp, do I also have to file a personal return?

Yes, if you are a member of an S-Corp, you must file a personal return. Even though an S-Corp operates as a corporation, it is similar to an LLC because its shareholders pay federal income tax on the business profits. Therefore, the S-Corp is required to file an annual tax return as well.
