We just canned a fresh batch of our Hop Water!

This is our first-ever sparkling hop water, brewed with Citra hops. If you haven’t tried it yet, we definitely recommend giving it a try next time you’re out and about.

Scrum-ptious Gator West Coast IPA was canned just a week ago, but Andrew will forever be in our hearts 🫶🏼

We wanted to share a little about our label design from our latest beer release and some family photos. Each year, we brew a special beer for Ales for ALS in memory of our friend and son, Andrew Ritter, a founding brewer at Linden Street who we lost to ALS at 31. Andrew’s legacy lives on here as we honor his passion for family, friends, beer, and rugby.

Andrew also helped start San Francisco State University’s Gator rugby team. To honor him, the Ritter family thought up a fun label idea featuring gators playing rugby, reflecting Andrew’s spirit, his love for the sport, and his connection to the SF Gators.

We’re sharing these family photos of Andrew playing rugby to celebrate the joy and energy he brought to the sport. These images capture his enthusiasm and the camaraderie he cherished with his teammates, and we hope they bring a sense of his vibrant presence as you enjoy this special tribute beer.

When you enjoy a glass of Scrum-ptious Gator West Coast IPA, don’t forget to toast, “Drink Beer, Slay Dragon!”

Each year, we proudly partner with Ales for ALS to craft a beer in honor of our beloved colleague and friend, Andrew Ritter. Andrew, the eldest son of Chris and Jill Ritter, was one of the original brewers at Linden Street. His battle with ALS deeply touched us all, and we brew this beer to honor his legacy and support the fight against this devastating disease.

A portion of the proceeds from every purchase will be donated to the ALS Therapy Development Institute, so not only will you be enjoying a fantastic beer, but you’ll also be contributing to a great cause.

And remember, when you have a glass of this Gator beer, don’t forget to toast, “Drink Deer, Slay Dragon!”  We love you, Andrew!

Time to celebrate beach style! We're excited to invite you to our special beer release party for the Pacific Ocean Blue Gose, happening this Friday!

Arieto Latino will be serving up fresh oysters, shrimp po'boys, and aguachiles, perfect for pairing with our new brew.

We've teamed up with Drake's Brewing Co. and Bang the Drum Brewery out of San Luis Obispo to bring you a unique gose infused with seawater from two iconic local surf spots, Mavericks and Linda Mar, harvested by our own brewers!! This pale wheat beer offers a sharp bite, a hint of sea spray, and an herbal hop character that's sure to delight your taste buds.

Introducing our latest iteration of our rotating Lucky Dog Hazy IPA!

Meet our newest Lucky Dogs: Holly, Sammy, and Boo Boo, winners of the Friends of Oakland Animal Services (FOAS) Gala auction prize, which gave them the opportunity to be featured on one of our Lucky Dog labels. Holly and Sammy are Oakland’s beloved 10-year-old rescue duo and top foster pros for OAS. These sweet seniors love snuggling, napping, and spreading joy to everyone they meet! Boo Boo, named by his loving fosters after being injured, is a sweet and sensitive 5-month-old pittie shelter pup who loves face massages, napping, playing with stuffed toys, and snacking!

The winner of the Gala auction prize is a newer addition to the Oakland Animal Services family and was mentored by one of OAS’s hardest-working members, Julianne. She wanted to honor her former foster puppy, Boo Boo, and also showcase Julianne’s pups, Holly and Sammy, as a “thank you” for all the hard work Julianne does for FOAS and OAS. So, all three are our newest Lucky Dogs!

Generously hopped with Vista, Taiheke, and Strata, this Hazy IPA features aromas of strawberry, mango, lychee, guava, orange, and peach, with subtle notes of rose and honey.
