Last week a repeat customer of ours had some problems come about on one of their lowboy trailers. We welded up all the cracks and added 3/4” stiffener plates to get them back on the road.

We’ve been lucky enough to be slammed with work! One of our recent jobs was an emergency call down to Naples to get one of our customers, Krushin It LLC back up and running. We welded in some steel plates over their pre screen in their crusher to keep them rolling on a pretty big site!

We recently helped out a local site work/asphalt milling company with some problems that popped up on their lowboy transport trailer. All the welds on the sleeves for the pins in the neck of the trailer were cracked and 1 sleeve was moving freely. We cut them out, prepped them and put them back in, welded them out and then added 1/2” stiffener plates to help.

Went out to a local farm and knocked out a few jobs for the very nice customers! They needed a hitch receiver welded on to his truck, a door hinge welded back onto his aluminum trailer and a fender welded back on! We got to work with steel and aluminum on this one!

Local powersports dealer and frequent customer of ours had a forklift mishap with their gate track causing them not to be able to close the gate to lock up at night. They gave us a call and we came out immediately to get them fixed up and back in action! We cut out a section of the track and replaced it and also fixed a few small problems for preventative maintenance!

Customer purchased a boat and trailer (with damage) and gave us a call asking if we can get him out on the water for the weekend safely until he buys a new trailer, we know how important boat days are in the Florida summer so we helped him out! We made a steel bracket to bolt up in place of the missing piece of I beam and gave it a galvanized coating to protect it from rust. He also had a 4” crack on the other side of the trailer that we dug out and welded back up with our new toy we purchased for welding aluminum! Local power sports dealer had the track for their gate break apart in the middle of the day causing them not to be able to close the gate to lock up for the night. We came out as soon as they called and got it welded back up and in place and also fixed a few small cracks to prevent future problems!
