Important update for all RaeBaes!

New policies have been implemented to ensure a seamless experience. Kindly review the following information:

1.) A non-refundable booking fee is now required for new clients, equivalent to half the price of the service fee; payment can be made via Zelle, CashApp or Apple Pay.

2.) All clients, new and current, a cancellation fee will be required when you cancel either day of or day before your appointment, as well as when you no call/ no show your appointment. The cancellation fee will be 50% of service price.

I value every moment shared with each client just like I do my own; therefore, please give me some time (at least 48 hours) so that other clients don't miss their spot when canceling an appointment within two days before it begins - life happens indeed, (such as getting sick, a flat tire, etc) there won't be any penalty charged on such rescheduling done without adhering the guidelines stated above.

3.) *Pricing increase* I have had to increase my prices slightly due to cost of living increasing… I usually quote the price of service beforehand so there’s no surprises at time of payment.

4.) Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday 10-5:30.
Saturday 11-3.
Sunday OFF

Side note: if you have to have your children with you at your appointment, please be sure to have them seated by you at ALL times. It is a fully functional salon and need to be respectful of the space and others who share it 😁
