I hope 2024 brings you joy happiness and excitement. 2023 was so good to me and 2024 will be soo much better. With this being said there is going to be a couple slight changes moving forward

💥children under 10. If your child(ern) is/are under 10, please bring another 𝗔𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗧 with you to keep them occupied, or they 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗕𝗘 𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗗 to come to your appointment. Our time is valuable and in order to give you 110% of my effort, neither of us can keep being distracted with little ones arguing, running/jumping around, messing with items that dont belong to them, wanting to leave the room...etc. In 𝗥𝗔𝗥𝗘 cases an exception 𝗠𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 be made.

💥please do not complain that your service is taking longer than expected when you have changed your mind on designs since we started, or if you keep having me go back and change something that is already done

💥if you cancel your appointment 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟮𝟰 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦 inadvance, you will be 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗗 to pay a deposit before being rescheduled. This is for both, my time and yours. It isnt fair that another client has missed the opportunity for nail love when you cancel like that, and my time is valuable and it isnt fair that i have now missed out on making money.
