What I love about Dr. Dudley, he was never to busy to talk to me, if his assistant answered, he will call right back❤️Even at his age , he was still showing up on his son weekly Sunday’s live meeting ❤️I am so grateful that I reconnected with Dr. Joe L. ❤️Some hair grows slower than others. Don’t compare your hair with others. Be consistent and patient.

❤️Our hair grows at an average rate of about half inches per month. Depending on your genes, it might be a little more. Finding the best hair care products to maintain it, trimming regularly will prevent breakage. Remember to take your vitamins and eat your veggies 😍

❤️Hair goes to three different stages before it’s start to break. The Telogen phase is the shortest, as new hair is growing, the old hair will start getting ready to fall out. Woman’s natural hair sheds about 70-100 strands per day. If you have been in the hair salon, I have discussed that with you. If you’re wearing sew-in weave, double strand twist or braids, it will wait until you comb your hair out.

😍Man, about 40 strands per day, if your husband or partner’s hair is short, you may not see it, but it does shed daily.

😍fall season, you will experience extreme shedding for about two or 3 weeks, this is science. Don’t panic, it’s temporary. As the leaves falls, so does your hair.

😍Winter, hair growth slows down and some hair scalp may become very dry.

❤️In the spring, just like flowers, it will grow the fastest and flourish like grass and flowers. Just like flowers and the grass, you can’t ignore it and expect beautiful hair. Yes, you may install or wear braids to tried to ignore it but you will still need to apply some oils to scalp😍

😍My best way to maintain her hair length is applying a 3 times a year and trimming. In between treatments, her mom brings her for shampoo and
3n1 deep conditioning treatments, moisturizing conditioner. As for styling, sometimes she wears it straight 3 times a year for only a week, box braids for 5 or 6 weeks, double twist for a month.

😍client comes in every two weeks for a wash, moisturizing conditioner or deep conditioning treatment. Every two months, I trim her hair and once a month I use a hair steamer.

❤️ Have you ever said “My hair doesn’t grow.” Well, I am here to tell you that your hair does grow! As I always tell my clients that hair grows, the problem is knowing how to maintain it and keep it on your head. A healthy diet is important too! If you shave your hair or put hair color on gray hair, by next week, you’ll see new growth. So hair does grow, some people’s hair grows faster than others, but if you can maintain what God bless you with, that’s great 😍🙏🏾In order to keep the hair that’s growing on your head, you must know what products to use and when to use it.

If your hair is dry and brittle or has too much moisture, you have to know which product to use to solve the problem. If you put the wrong product, you might cause even more breakage.
