Wishing all our friends, family and clients a joyful Christmas and a peaceful and prosperous New Year!😀 from Scottie, Pat and Cindy
If you'd like to get into the Christmas spirit here's the link to the University of Florida's Sounds of the Season concert- it's tonight at 7pm and will be televised several times in December as well. There are all different styles of music from around the world, and soloists include Grammy winners. It's a real privilege to be part of the choir in a rare departure from my equestrian endeavors😀
Merry Christmas to you all!!!
Sounds of the Season 2023: Rejoice and Be Merry: A Diamond Jubilee Featuring the UF Symphony Orchestra with the UF Concert Choir, UF Women’s Chorale, Members of the UF Drumline and Gainesville Master Chorale.
So proud of Faith Wilkerson 's little super trooper, Harper at another beautiful horse trials at the Florida Horse Park- he only finished on his dressage score of 26.7 in the Modified to win and take the TIP ( thoroughbred incentive program) award!🤗
But eating all those carrots a
is hard work!😁
Many thanks to Emily Holmes and her whole Team for lovely courses and super footing!👏
I can't thank you all enough for your kind thoughts and sympathy at this difficult time. My family has received so many loving messages from people who knew my Dad at all different stages of his life- its been heartwarming and has helped us to celebrate his life and feel the joy as well as the pain of his departure. I won't try to answer each message personally, but please know that you are all wonderful and special people and have helped to make our difficult time a bit easier. Thank you, thank you, thank you!❤️
I am heartbroken to have to impart the sad news that my wonderful Dad, Don Collier, sadly passed away yesterday after a short but severe bout of pneumonia. So many of you all knew and loved him from the eventing scene, both volunteering in Florida and helping me at the international events in Europe. He was an accomplished rider himself, competing up to preliminary level, but his real legacy lay in helping others to expand their horizons. He was my biggest supporter in encouraging me to be the best I could be within the eventing world, helping me to success at events like Burghley and Boekelo, and making the USA World Championship Team. He encouraged my sister, Blythe to achieve her PhD in Women's Studies, my Mother to become a director of business at Sorvall Systems, and tutored countless underprivileged students to academic success. His own academic achievements were many and varied, with Masters in Spanish and electrical engineering and many patents for phased array radar systems in fighter jets.
But his main loves were his family, horses and music. He and my mother Pat celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary just a couple of weeks ago, no mean achievement!
We are so grateful for his full and wonderful life, and so glad that he was surrounded by loved ones at the end. I feel privileged and honored to be the daughter of such a kind and accomplished man who will be sorely missed. I know you will always be riding at my shoulder, Dad!❤️❤️❤️

Cindy Rawson is a Myofacial Release practitioner and 5 star FEI event rider who will be coming to LCH Equestrian June 25th. She has done a fantastic job on some of our horses in the past and with the easing of COVID restrictions, is traveling for body work again.
Here is a link to her website, http://www.cindyrawsonmfr.com which explains myofacial release and this type of body work for your horse. I noticed a huge difference when she came and worked on one of our horses - it was quite remarkable. Not only does she work on horses, but she also can work on riders. If you are interested in scheduling an appointment please let me know. She charges $150 for an hour and a half to two hour session on your horse.
We look forward to having her!

Well, the time has come- Scott and I will be moving back to the good ol’ USA in mid July! Scott has accepted a 3 year posting to a job with the Royal Navy in Washington DC. Our lovely farm at Glenfern has just been sold so it’s all systems go now for the big move! We of course have very mixed feelings as we leave behind so many wonderful friends, horse’s and experiences- but at least the power of social media makes it much easier to stay in touch these days. We’re hoping for lots of visits from our European friends!
I’m looking forward to spending a lot of time with my folks in the Gainesville, Florida area and hope to continue my human and equine MFR and skeletal mobilization work in both Virginia and Florida.
I’ll also be coming over ‘horseless’ so will welcome opportunities to ride and teach as well!
Many thanks to all my wonderful friends and clients here in England for your help and support over the last 15 years. The plan is to come back to the UK to keep up with my MFR clients every 3 months or so. Please Facebook message me or email [email protected] if you’d like to be included on the mailing list for my visits.
I’ll continue working here until the 1st of July so please get in touch if you or your horse needs a top-up before I go.
Thanks to everyone for your support- we’re really looking forward to getting together with lots of friends and family back home, but will miss all you Brits!❤️
These 2 are definitely coming with us!😍

Attended a fabulous 3 day CPD course last week for equine MFR and bodywork practitioners and veterinary physiotherapists which was taught by the wonderful Caroline Lindsay.. We learned many new equine chiropractic techniques from the renowned American equine chiropractor, Daniel Kamen, and combined with Caroline's MFR techniques, they are amazing! Have been having a wonderful time this week using the new techniques on my own and clients horses, and I have to say it takes the treatment to a whole new level- so exciting!😀
Beautiful long hike to Tarr Steps and back in the glorious sunshine with some very important members of my team 😍
Not getting much training done, but having fun anyway!😀
Happy New Year to all my family, friends and clients old and new, human and equine! Thank you for the privilege of working with you and your horses toward a pain-free life of health, mobility and strength. It's been a real pleasure and each one of you has taught me something new - working with you all constantly pushes me to improve and acquire new skills (equine skeletal adjustments were a big one for 2018) so a big THANK YOU for inspiring me to always keep learning and improving.
May 2019 bring you all the best life has to offer!😃
