Congratulations to Coach Cameron, who has been chosen by USA Swimming to be a manager for the 2024 Southern/ Eastern Zone Select Camp this summer! He will help some of the top 12-14 yr-old athletes from these two zones for a 3-day USA Swimming camp in North Carolina. Congratulations Coach Cameron!

Coach Tillage gathered all the donations today and they have been delivered to assemble shoeboxes for our service men and women overseas! It has been our pleasure and privilege to give back to those who protect us! Thank you Falcon family for your support!

Over the winter break, some of the Falcons participated in a training camp with USA Swimming’s #1 18 & Under team, SwimMAC. We had five Falcons complete the infamous “Woolly Mammouth” set with SwimMAC. Congratulations Seth, Logan, Parker, Sabian, and Layla! A special thanks go to and .batchelor.7 for a great training camp!

Many best times this weekend at the Polar Plunge but this bear is going home with Amelia after her fantastic races! Congratulations Amelia!

Today the Falcons are learning the importance of giving back to our community especially those who serve. Thank you to Coach Tillage for talking to our team about Operation Shoebox. Operation Shoebox is the Falcons monthly service project.

Falcon’s swimmer Grant Sanders continues to have a great showing at USA Swimming’s Knoxville Pro Series. He picked up another new Olympic Trials cut in the 200 breaststroke this morning, and he qualified for the A final in the 200 breast and 200 IM for this evening. 🎉🙌Congratulations to Falcon’s swimmer Grant Sanders, who placed 6th in the 400 IM at the USA Swimming Knoxville Pro Series tonight. Grant’s time was a new 2024 US Olympic Trials qualifying time. Go Falcons!💪🏊‍♂️
