Great training ride for my 62 miles on my upcoming 62nd birthday. I had a good break at Panera after the main 11 miles to the ride and the main 40 miler ride and another 11 miles back home. So in two weeks I’ll do it without a big break! Stay tuned!

Cycling the Withlacoochie trail this Memorial Day being grateful for all the fallen men and women who gave us the freedoms we enjoy today!

Starting memorial weekend with a long ride! Started out early with 14 miles solo and ended 32 miles with the group a total of 46 miles!

I've been working on a project to celebrate some of the most brave women I have met and have yet to meet! It's always a pleasure to be the Go Red for Women's official photographer and sponsor of the red carpet photos. It's been 11 years and still going strong! I donate three different sessions with an artwork credit in the silent auction and all three sold! It was a great lucheon with lots of heartwarming stories and great education.
