This very simple Greek potato dip is called Skordalia. It's loaded with extra virgin olive oil and lots of raw garlic. Served as an appetizer or as a side (usually to fried seafood such as cod) either way it's most enjoyable!

1 cup sour cream (plain Greek yogurt for healthy)
1 cup whole milk
1 hidden valley ranch seasoning pack
About 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
About 1/4 cup or more cilantro
2 cloves garlic
Splash of lime juice
