Alright most people get what we're doing here but if you're new to Bakeria here's our little shtick: we only make single batch of square dough everyday. It takes over 6 hours to make. Once it's sold out we're done selling squares for the day. We'll still have sourdough round New York style pizza and a full kitchen all day and night. If you call when we open or stop in for lunch the world is yours. You can reserve anything you want. Our display is filled with square slices in the morning so you can pick and choose or make a lil smorgasbord. We dont deliver yet, our phones jam, and were usually busy af during peak lunch and dinner hours. Any questions? Don't forget to drop a comment down below, like and subscribe.

PLEASE READ: BAKERIA WILL BE CLOSED TOMORROW MONDAY THE 8th! It's been 50 days straight no days off and we've been really busy. We can't thank you enough for all the support you've shown, is amazing. This Monday we're doing a restock from the weekend and reassess some elements of the business that have gotten away from us. We're also planning on doing a light refit and giving this place a once-over. Everything needs something right now. My 40 year old body is kind of failing, too, which I expected. Back, neck, brain, hands, legs, wrists: they all hurt. Its funny because I feel like my body only stays healthy and tight if I'm constantly moving, but even with that said you know everyone needs a day of rest. Even God needed one. I'm a confirmed workaholic and I feel like not working one day out of 50 is lazy and I don't deserve it. We'll be back fulltime Tuesday the 9th all the way to Labor Day. Bakeria is a year round operation so we WILL be here all winter as well. See you guys on the other side.
P.S. Due to the extremely high demand for the labor-intensive square pizzas our sourdough bread program may be thrown on the backburner for the time being. I will try my hardest to shoehorn bread back into the already overwhelming baking schedule but for now priority is pizza. Trust me guys, i get it. I love that bread, too.

BREAKING NEWS! Did you know Bakeria 1010 sells hot and cold sandwiches and hoagies now? It's true! Think all the high quality ingredients you expect with Bakeria but in sandwich form. Italian subs, prosciutto, spicy soppresata, ribeye cheesesteaks, Cooper sharp, Halal chicken cheesesteaks, chicken parms, buffalo chicken sandwiches, salads, tenders and even fries (for the grommits). Literally everything you like and yes.. we have your damn square slices, too. 🤷‍♂️

We lost power yesterday and unfortunately will need to be closed today 5/29. We will be back up and running tomor at 11am. Sorry about any inconvenience.
