Office Administrator / Manager:

Kitchen Fancy is seeking an Office Administrator / Manager for a full-time position in West Ocean City, MD.

Job Responsibilities include:

-Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook

-Proper email correspondence etiquette

-Placing orders for construction materials such as flooring, tile, plumbing supplies, cabinetry and other related construction materials

-Customer, Subcontractor and Sales Rep communications

-Writing Contracts for customers and subcontractors

-Work with the Kitchen Designer in all aspects including scheduling customer meetings, scheduling contractors, and job costing

-Responsible for applying for building permits

-Taking leads and following up on leads daily

-Maintaining showroom products

- Organizational skills are a must.

Pay is based on experience.

The kitchen was relocated from the opposite side of its original layout to capture the views and allow for a new large island!

Slider drawer tool box . Fits super F-250 , F-350 Ford pick ups with a 6.5 bed depth. 2017 - current year. I’ve had it installed for 2 weeks. It doesn’t work for me due to needing more depth in my truck bed unfortunately. I will help you install in your truck. It is a great product. PM me for questions. Perfect new condition

Heacook served the Delmar Police Department for 22 years in Delaware and Maryland. He was inspired to become a police officer after he was rescued from a serious car accident by police. In his final act of service, Heacook ensured others would live by donating his organs.
