We will begin with an intention setting Tea Ceremony ☕️🫖

Then we will honor our inner goddess through a 1 hour “slow flow”, therapeutic yoga practice, weaved with journaling prompts within the practice that are intuitively inspired by Sacred Goddess Energies to assist with helping you to receive messages of clarity from your own inner voice.

During final relaxation you will have the option to receive a brief energy healing empowerment through Reiki / IET. Final relaxation will last approximately 25-30 minutes.

Super sweet and loving group this morning for a bachelorette party to celebrate Taylor’s upcoming wedding to Connor!

I loved this group for a few reasons:

Guys in the bachelorette party! 🤗 (a trend I started seeing this summer)

This entire group was family! Cousins, siblings, and soon to be sister in law. Their bond was from the earliest years of life, and it showed 🥰

So many happy tears shed during the circle for the bride 🥹

This group opted for a yin & restorative practice with reiki on the beach.

What’s so wonderful about yin & restorative is that it is accessible for even the newest yogi, we can easily work around injuries and if there happens to be a pregnant bridesmaid in the group (not one in this group, but it happens super often!) it is easy to accommodate her as well.

Our bachelorette private events include an hour (or more if desired!) of yoga followed by a circle for the bride 💕 I jokingly say the event isn’t over until the bride cries but it’s truly a heartfelt, sweet time as the bridal party shares from the heart with the bride 🥰

Two gift baskets heading to local charity events this week! These were so fun to put together & I feel a lot of gratitude to be able to support their missions.

Sunshine Foundation answers the dreams and wishes of children, ages three through eighteen, who have severe or profound physical/developmental/intellectual challenges or trauma from physical/sexual abuse, and whose families have limited income.

The local chapter of is hosting a Golf Classic this Monday, September 9th at & our basket is part of a raffle to raise money to support the foundation.

Team Foster raises money to provide accredited, life-saving service dogs to injured and disabled veterans.

is hosting their annual 100 mile bike ride from Cooper River Park to Naval Air Station Wildwood today, September 7th & our basket is part of a raffle to raise money to support the mission.

The baskets are filled with a yoga mat, yoga blanket, Soul Dreams Studio T-Shirt, Sage, Palo Santo, an assortment of crystals, a gift certificate for 3 in studio or beach classes or one private yoga session, and colored pencils and crayons to use for a beautiful Zen Mindfulness Coloring book, donated by .with.heidi

Our studio wishes both charities successful events this week and a wonderful experience for the participants!

Today’s strong vinyasa class focused on the importance of reflecting on how far you’ve come, not just how far you still have to go.

This morning while teaching yoga on the beach I remembered the summer of 2020 when I would start my day with a walk on the beach alone, thinking about how I could best use my energy and serve in the world.

Fast forward to four years later, the start of my mornings looks much different.

Today, I had six attendees for beach yoga. A small group for a Sunday morning, but still, six people. In the studio, one of my lovely teachers taught a 9am class for four people. And then I came in to teach a 10:30am class for nine people. Sure, these are small numbers for yoga classes. But, it’s also nineteen people (twenty if you include my teacher) that are starting their day with me through the experience of yoga.

Of course, I’m eager for more students, but it’s so important to remember how far I’ve come: from walking on the beach alone, to helping 20 people start their day differently.

While you reach and create the space for more, don’t forget to pause every so often and think about how far you’ve come.

Enjoy a full moon yoga flow followed by a sunset paddle on the back bay, light refreshments and conversation, and closing out the evening with a cacao ceremony & guided meditation.

This is a beautiful evening on the water enjoying a slice of Ocean City heaven on the back bay!

No experience is needed to join us! The yoga is accessible to even the newest student. We have blocks & mats available for use.

Paddleboarding is easier than it looks! We will start with a lesson on navigating the water before we head out to float around on the bay for a peaceful paddle 😌 life jackets provided & required.

Kayaks available in lieu of a paddleboard if desired.

Light refreshments are gluten free. Vegan available upon request. Please let us know about dietary restrictions when signing up.

Cacao is pure chocolate. We mix our ceremonial grade cacao with only hot water and organic sugar. Cacao has been used for centuries in South & Central America in ceremony. We are grateful to serve high quality cacao imported directly from Peru via the non profit,

Drinking cacao prior to meditation helps calm the mind, body and spirit and allow for total relaxation to deeply enjoy the meditative experience.
