Lydia's middle name, Alden, echoes the proud lineage of her ancestors, tracing back to the historic figures Priscilla Mullins Alden and John Alden. John Alden, celebrated in American folklore as a Mayflower pilgrim and a prominent early settler, embodies the spirit of adventure and resilience that defines our community.
