Our P-3 aircraft will fly from Wallops between June 17 and July 2 to map air pollution as a part of the NASA Student Airborne Research Program for undergraduate interns.

NASA aircraft will fly over Baltimore, Philadelphia, parts of Virginia, and California to collect data on air pollutants and greenhouse gas emissions. The aircraft will fly at lower altitudes than commercial planes in order to collect this data.
