Troubleshooters is a development group for guys that are looking for ways forward through anxiety, frustration, and anger. This is a closed group and a confidential space to share whatever you feel comfortable discussing.
This 10 week micro class is curriculum based and will address useful weekly topics and relevant skills to expand your toolkit for dealing with life's troubles.

Acknowledging and understanding pain/fear/sadness/loss lends toward self growth and healing from the inside out. These skills can be applied to help you effectively and confidently respond in real-life situations such as marriage or partnered relationships, parenting, addiction, leadership, singleness, sexual intimacy, personal growth, and generalized anxiety with wisdom and peace while aligning towards spiritual and self actualization.
