If you’re doing 100 million things right now, first of all, we see you. We see you pursuing your dreams, giving your all to your passions, and trying to make this world a better place by being who you are! So thank you for that, for all of your hard work. We’re so proud of you!!

But at the other end of that- if you don’t also dedicate time for yourself to recharge, to reset, to recalibrate…then the exact opposite will happen- you’ll become depleted, burnt out, and not feel like you are aligned with the path you’re on.

You may have conditioning that tells you self care isn’t important- that you’re wasting time while you could be productive doing something else, but in fact if you DONT practice self care, eventually you’ll fall behind in your progress, because your body will begin to feel tired, your mind will feel slow, and your emotions will become ragged and unstable.

Listen to your body! Just like on a plane, when they tell you in case of emergency, to put on the oxygen mask before helping others, you need to take care of yourself FIRST!

Curious about what our microneedling sessions look like? Well here’s a look at our process at Oceanside Healing Center!

The treatment begins with getting you into a relaxed state with soothing essential oils to calm your senses. We start with a gentle cleanser, effectively removing impurities without stripping natural oils. This is followed with a toner to balance the pH of your skin and prepare it for the next steps. Numbing cream is then applied to reduce discomfort during the microneedling procedure. After the cream is removed, microneedling is performed using the Aculift microneedling pen, which stimulates collagen production and improves skin texture. Hyaluronic Acid and Apple stem cells are also used. After, we use NuFace Microcurrent technology to tone facial muscles, lift sagging skin, and enhance product pe*******on for optimal results, and a cooling mask. Lastly, we hydrate and refresh your skin with a nourishing mist, and we conclude your treat with a luxurious silk finish moisturizer to lock in hydration and protect your skin with a broad-spectrum sunscreen.

When we give ourselves the space to breathe, relax, and ground our thoughts and bodies, we can become more light, fluid, and our energy does the same! After all, disease comes from DIS-EASE…a state of being that is not in ease with the body!
