Chicken Parmesan

We make our own breading. We cut and tenderize our own chicken. Everything is fresh. We make the marinara sauce that goes on chicken. Believe it or not this dish has a lot of prep work that goes into it.

Herb Crusted Salmon

This is an 8 ounce salmon fillet

As you can see in the photos, we take five different herbs, peal all the stems then mix all of the herbs together and chop fine.

The lemon butter sauce that we make is a mixture of lemon juice, butter, and heavy cream.

We put gray Poupon mustard on the salmon and dip it into our mix of herbs and serve with asparagus and mashed potatoes .

Every guest that walks through the door is special to us regardless if they buy a slice of pizza or sit down for an entire meal with their family, you still get the same service.

Every now and again , something very unique happens and I like to share .

We had a family come in tonight and they asked us if we would be willing to stay open late for them because they’re additional family members were flying in for an event and they wanted to have dinner at our restaurant tonight . Everyone agreed that we would definitely accommodate.

First, I have to shout out to our valued staff members who stayed two additional hours tonight to ensure that our guest got the full experience .

Second, I want to thank the family that came in. For privacy purposes, I cannot share the amount, but I can tell you it was the single largest ticket that we have ever had for one single family. In addition to that, they were just an absolute pleasure to serve. Everyone had a great time. The food came out spectacular.

I’m just very amazed at how well all of our new food items are coming out of the kitchen..

I feel like I want to make a video so everyone can see the amount of work that goes into one dish all the preparation all the planning .
I think everyone would be extremely amazed at everything we’re doing here if they pulled the curtains back. All the sauces we are making we are making in house. From wine reductions to lemon butter sauce to pizza sauce, pizza dough, meatballs, all of our breadings, wing sauces. This is legit cooking.

Maybe will do a cooking show inside the kitchen of Santoras .

I’m not even sure if we are Santoras pizzeria anymore I feel like we are Santoras Italian Cuisine lol.  I guess I should’ve thought about that before I paid all that money for the sign out front. Haha
Tonight, Friday night and Saturday night we are going to be serving all of our specials to see which ones are the most popular .

In the restaurant industry, it is not very smart to have a lot of items on your menu because it just makes your food Costco crazy especially the way we do it. We’re buying nothing but raw material and creating from there so in addition to high food cost, it takes a lot of labor. the other problem you have is most people would assume since we are Santoras pizzeria that we have more focus on pizza than anything and everything else is just subpar.

I can assure you, that’s not the case.
Every single item on the menu that we have every category, we have put a lot of time and effort into it. Our creative staff and myself will test product over and over and over again until we know that it’s something special.  every item has a story to tell. We even go a step further and look for the best placement on the plate so that it’s also aesthetically pleasing. 

We have a system for everything to give you a great experience from the music to the lighting. Every day we adjust the lights at different times of the day to to ensure we are balanced with the sunlight coming in the building in order to give you the best experience that we can.

From the vibrant colors painted on the wall to the very classy table set ups What a cool place.

Just driving through our parking lot, staring right at the front of the building you would never ever know what’s inside the doors unless you walk in. Unfortunately, our building does not justice.. But to be honest, I’ve kind of grown to like that because you would not get the wow factor that you get when you walk in lol.

 I remember when we first had a wine distributor come in to help set us up selling wine. He told me when he was walking up to the front door and his mind. He was thinking these guys are never going to sell any wine at this place lol then he walked through the front door and the dining room and his whole attitude changed. He said if you can just get people to look past the building and walk through the door, it’s game over from the food to the service itself definitely a diamond in the rough.

Thank you everyone that came out to join us for dinner tonight. We hit record sales tonight, sold out of almost all of our wine and had a great time :)) We also received our 100th review on Google holding a 4.9 out of 5

Our valued staff was on point tonight, a few mistakes but 100% recovery and that’s what counts !! Nice job

We have a Bruschetta and a Caprese salad that we’re going to potentially be bringing back to the menu. We’re going to try it for dinner tonight and over the weekend.

We never sold a lot of the Caprese salads, but honestly, honestly, it’s one of my personal favorites 🙂

I definitely recommend the bruschetta, so it’s Individually sliced pieces of bread with Caesar dressing and three cheese blend on top we toast it, then add the tomato mix.

Hey, good afternoon everyone. This is our dinner special tonight. We have a fettuccine Alfredo with the chicken Parmesan. This is a combination of our two best sauces that we have and both of them are made in house. This would probably be one of my favorite specials that we are running.  I really think we do a great job on the chicken Parmesan. It’s a fresh chicken breast that we pound out using our own Italian breadcrumb seasoning then we melt a couple pieces of provolone cheese right across the top. We make both the Alfredo sauce and the marinara sauce from scratch. About the only thing in this dish that we don’t make is the fettuccine pasta lol please come down and give it a try assure you you will enjoy it
