Dear Extended Family,
It is with deep regret and a heavy heart that we share the news of the closure of our Ocoee location on December 18th. This decision has not been an easy one, but unfortunately, we were unable to reach an agreement with our landlord, as the current market rates have proven to be out of our reach.
Over the past 10 years, our journey with Ellie Lou's has been nothing short of amazing, and we owe it all to the incredible support of our extended family – that's you. Your unwavering support, especially during the challenging times brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic, has touched us deeply. We are grateful for the community that has embraced us, and we take pride in being a part of it.
Despite the closure of our Ocoee location, we are fortunate to have other operational outlets. Our current Ocoee employees will have the opportunity to transfer to these locations, and we hope to continue working together as a family.
This closure does not mark the end of Ellie Lou's. We remain committed to the Ellie Lou's Brand and will actively seek new opportunities to serve our community once again. Your loyalty has been the backbone of our success, and we look forward to the day when we can welcome you back with open arms.
As we bid farewell to this chapter, we want to express our gratitude for the support, friendship, and memories you've shared with us over the years. Ellie Lou's has been more than a business; it has been a family, and you are an integral part of that family.
Wishing each and every one of you a prosperous Holiday Season and a Happy New Year. May the coming year bring joy, success, and new beginnings.
