"Handmade Crafts with a Dash of Love" Hi! I have been crafting for most of my life. I also love making paper beads to use in my keychains and jewelry.
I was a teacher for years, then a stay-at-home mom; however, now that our only daughter is off at college, I have more time to spend in my craft room. I love making items that bring people joy, especially those with inspirational messages or that help spread the Gospel. My favorites are the ones that use recycled Bible or hymnal pages. The tagline in my business name is "Handmade Crafts with a Dash of Love". I feel that I put love into each piece that I create because I really love what I do.

My little business is changing names and I'm excited to get back to creating again!
I love making items that bring people joy, especially those with inspirational messages or that help spread the Gospel. I also love making paper beads to use in my keychains and jewelry. My favorites are the ones that use recycled Bible or hymnal pages.
This past year I have struggled with a shoulder injury and complications after surgery. I have grown closer to the Lord I and am learning to fully rely on my faith in His timing and His grace. It has been on my heart for a while to change the name of my business to help better represent what it is that I do. When a friend suggested the name "Stamped Grace", I thought that it sounded like a good name; however, later that evening I was reading my Bible for passages on grace and the Lord led me to 2 Corinthians chapter 12. Paul is speaking of the thorn in his flesh and three times he pleaded with the Lord to "take it away from me."
BUT...He said to me “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 2 Corinthians 12:9
I love it! It took me a while to be okay with the "thorn" in my flesh. Like I said before, I am learning to trust in God's timing and have faith. He is always good.
