Our Story
At Dr. Ronald J Carr's Office, beautiful smiles are our business. We’ve seen the change that a new smile can create in people, starting with an increased sense of confidence and extending from there to just about all aspects of their lives. But in orthodontics, the beautiful look of a perfect smile is often just the pleasant effect of more pressing corrections.
Overbites, bite misalignments, crooked teeth, uneven gaps and any other number of problems that can be corrected through orthodontics are often at the root of bigger problems. From jaw pain to difficulty speaking, orthodontics won’t simply improve the quality of your smile, it will improve the quality of your life.
Dr. Carr received his dental degree from UTHSCSA in 1986. He then returned to St. Louis University where he received his Master's degree in Orthodontics in 1988. He practiced orthodontics in Dallas, Texas until 1994, when Dr. Alex Sullivan recruited him to Odessa, Texas when he retired.
Dr. Carr is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Southwestern Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the Permian Basin Dental Association.
