Chocolate Strawberry finally came to life!
This is an 8” round chocolate cake with strawberry filling, chocolate buttercream and topped with a chocolate glaze
Absolutely obsessed with how it turned out!!!

I had such a great time catering at North Platte Community Playhouse for their high tea with the cast of “The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe” this Sunday!

We had a menu of mini spinach and cheese quiches (not pictured), mini ham and cheese sandwiches, traditional petit fours (mini cake sanwhiches covered in white chocolate), blueberry scones and mini lemon bars!
It all turned out so delicious and I am so greateful for the experience and the people who helped me pull this all together!

Join us on Sunday, September 25th from 12:30-1:30 before the Sunday matinee of “The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe”. Seating is limited and all ages are invited.

Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased Mon-Fri 1:00-5:00 at the box office, or on our website.

Pineapple upside down cake holds a special place in my heart. Instead of traditional wedding cake I decided on a coconut cream cake topped with a pineapple upside down cake on top and I made it myself😂 not sure if it was my best idea but that cake was delicious!

Anyway, this is my favorite pineapple upside down cake in honor of my first anniversary with my husband! ❤️
