What am I reading 📖? I just finished ✅ reading 📖 “The Golden Future” by Diana Cooper. She talks about how a new fifth-dimensional Golden Age is imminent. It will be a time of peace ☮️, happiness 😊, of caring and sharing, and of community togetherness- all supported by incredible spiritual technology. With pure water 💦, healthy food 🥘, and free eco-power, the world as we know it will have changed beyond recognition for the better. This is inevitable. I share her belief. The world 🌎 may seem to be irreparable, but there will never be a rainbow 🌈 at the end of the storm ⛈️. I highly recommend that everyone reads this book 📚.

What are we watching 🎥? Jeff and I have decided that every Sunday night we are going to watch a spiritual movie 🍿. This past Sunday, we watched “God’s Not Dead” ✝️😵 on Netflix. In the movie, a college professor makes his students write ✍️ “God is dead” ☠️ on a piece of paper 📝 on the first day of class, and turn it in in order to receive credit for the class.

A devout Christian refuses to do this. The professor then makes him prove to the class the existence of God ✝️. The student has to do this each class in front of the professor and an auditorium of students. It was interesting 🧐. I have to admit I fell asleep 😴 towards the end, but it was almost 2 hours long. I would still recommend watching it. If anything, just watching a college student trump his narcissistic professor 🧑‍🏫 is inspirational.

What am I watching 🎥? Well, we just started watching 👀 Todd and the Book 📕 of Pure Evil 😈. It came out in 2010. I watched it back then, and loved it 😍. It is still good and luckily 🍀 I don’t remember much of it 😂. I highly recommend watching it if you like dark comedies and metal 🎶.

What am I watching 🎥? Right now we are watching Ghosts 👻 UK and School 🏫 Spirits 👻. We have watched the US version of Ghosts 👻 as well. It took a while to get into Ghosts 👻 UK, but it’s really good 😊. School 🏫 spirits 👻 is awesome 👏🏻. There are some hilarious 😆 scenes. What are you watching 👀?

What am I watching 🎥 ?

We just finished watching an excellent documentary called “Living With Ghosts” 👻.

In this Best Documentary film 🎞️ festival winner, a widow suffering prolonged grief 😢 agrees to participate in a research study that aims to reconnect bereaved survivors with their departed loved ones. The process is known as Induced After-Death Communication (IADC) 👻, and it is rapidly gaining recognition among psychologists, academics and bereavement professionals.

The movie records the first-ever publicly funded attempt to facilitate contact with deceased individuals 👻 to determine if such contact can be used to reduce severe grief 😢 symptoms. In an area where traditional talk therapy has been largely ineffective, at a time when 70,000 Americans die 💀 from prescription drug 💊 misuse in a single year, this film heralds a welcome alternative for the chronically bereaved.

The movie’s message is that of the 270 million bereaved 😢 people in the world, up to 30% suffer Prolonged Grief Disorder, a debilitating condition that can last for years or even a lifetime.
Researchers have known for decades that survivors do better with their grief when an emotional bond 💕 is maintained with the deceased 💀. And yet psychologists, grief counselors, and clergy routinely discourage such behavior as “denial” or even “heresy.”

With the staggering recent increase in sudden deaths 💀 ushered in by pandemic 😷 and war, new science for addressing grief is needed now more than ever. By making this film widely available, they hope to spread the news about a ground-breaking intervention that has been tested and proven effective for the treatment of grief. I highly recommend watching this movie 🎥.

What am I reading?📚
I am currently reading “Channeling the Guides and Angels of Light” by Melanie Becker. I leaned to channel 👻 around this time last year. I was doing so many tarot card 🃏 readings at the time that it was inevitable. However, I had a weird experience that was dark. It wasn’t during one my readings, but I decided then that I needed to look into channeling higher level beings 😇.

I discovered Melanie Becker. She was a lost and confused college student who was inspired upon her college graduation in 2008 to channel answers from the angelic 😇 realm to answer all of the questions she had.

I read her book “Channeling the Council of Light” first. It was absolutely beautiful. Reading that book was like reading a heart opening 🩵 meditation. I’m discovering it’s the same way reading 📖 “Channeling the Guides and Angels of Light”.

If you are new to spirituality, I highly recommend reading these two books 📚. They are extremely positive and uplifting. There is hope for humanity 🪽🩵🙌🏼🙏🏼.

Last year in January, I had a Tower moment. My life completely changed. I had a lot of healing ❤️‍🩹 to do. I journaled for hours each day. I went through all kinds of guided journals ✍️.

I didn’t know much about shadow work. Shadow work is a type of psychotherapy that involves exploring the parts of yourself that you repress, or "shadow self", and learning to accept them. This can include trauma, parts of your personality that you consider undesirable, or other parts of your psyche that you often keep hidden.

Through using the Shadow Work Journal I was able to gain a deeper understanding of my fears, insecurities, and negative patterns of behavior, and I learned how to embrace them in order to become a more integrated and authentic version of myself. After I went through my entire life from birth and all of the trauma I have experienced, I was left a little flat.

The Lucky 🍀 Girl 🧒 Journal helped me to bring in the light 💡and aided me in being more positive with a renewed sense of potential.

Now, every morning I use 2 journals. I start off with a prayer 🙏🏼 journal. I write down anything and everything in my life that I want to give to God ✝️. Then, I use a tarot card 🎴 tracker/ journal 📓. It has a morning and evening card to reflect on. I also do a tarot reading on myself. I write down how I interpret them in the form of positive + affirmations.
