Have you ever thought about receiving the gift of Reiki so you can access the healing energy to do self-healing and help your loved ones?
Reiki is not taught in the way other healing techniques are taught. The ability to channel Reiki energy is transferred to the student by the Reiki Master during an attunement process. During attunement, the Reiki or spiritual consciousness makes adjustments in the student’s chakras and energy pathways and also in deeper parts of one’s consciousness to accommodate the ability to channel Reiki energy; it then links the student to the Reiki source. These changes are unique for each person. The Reiki Master does not direct the process and is simply a channel for the attunement energy flowing from spiritual consciousness. The Reiki attunement is a powerful spiritual experience and is the most important part of a Reiki class.
During the class, you will receive the Reiki I Placement (attunement) and earn a Holy Fire Reiki Level I certification. This training enables you to use Reiki energy for self-healing and healing friends, family, pets, and loved ones. You will learn to channel Reiki energy to yourself and others and learn:

We begin our journey with 30 minutes of gentle yet dynamic Qigong movements. These flowing exercises will open your energetic pathways, calming your mind and preparing you for deep relaxation. Next, a guided meditation and soothing music will gently usher you into the Reiki healing experience. Comfortably lie down on a yoga mat or massage table as the healing energy, guided by its own intelligence, flows through and around you for approximately 50 minutes.

This unique energy responds to your individual needs, promoting healing, offering insights, and guiding you towards personal growth. You may find yourself releasing negative thought patterns, dissolving emotional blockages, and embracing empowering goals. While physical touch is not required, some individuals prefer hands-on healing during the session, which can deepen the physical sensations experienced.

This summer I am spending my time on beautiful Orcas island in Washington state. I would love to continue to serve you by offering this online Qi Flow class The class is on Mondays & Thursdays from 10:30am to 12pm. Immersed in the island's tranquil beauty – the whispering forests, the shimmering lakes, the mountains, and the sprawling meadows – I find myself sinking into a deeper, wiser place. It's from this well of guidance and inspiration that my offerings to you flow.

The Qi-Flow class draws its inspiration from both traditional Qigong and Yoga practices, as well as Lepeng's personal exploration of dynamic movements designed to harmonize the body with a potent flow of energy. Our journey commences with a sequence of gentle yoga postures, carefully selected to nurture flexibility and bolster physical strength. From there, we transition into an invigorating and enjoyable series of movements that enhance the circulation of Qi, the vital life force energy.

The art of Qigong, integral to our practice, unlocks energy pathways, known as meridians, while guiding participants into a meditative state of mind. It is within this tranquil yet alert state that individuals often find themselves releasing pent-up energies and buried emotions, as well as receiving newfound inspirations.

* Qigong is a practice (originated from ancient China) that allows us to experience and utilize a subtle energy called Qi or Prana. When Qi is abundant within us, we feel physically strong, emotionally balanced and guided by inner clarity and vision. We can taste freedom.

Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Level II Training (In person)

This is a one-day class from 10am to 4:30pm with a 60-minutes lunch break. You will receive Reiki II Placement (attunement) during the class. This class will upgrade the Reiki energy in you (from Reiki Level I) so that you can become a Reiki practitioner if that's your intention. It will also enable you to give distant Reiki to others. Even if you are already have Usui Reiki II certificate/training, this would upgrade the quality of the Reiki energy you are able to access to Holy Fire® III Level II.
The tuition is $325. And additional $25 if you need a copy of the approved training manual from the ICRT (International Center for Reiki Training) and Level II Certificate.
Registration is required at least 7 days before the class date.

Please come and join us for this group healing experience next Wednesday (April 5th) at Soul Body Ojai healing arts center. The group session starts at 6pm and ends at 7:30pm.
We start with 20 minutes gentle Qigong movement.
Then you will lie down comfortably on a yoga or cotton mat and be bathed in the healing energy of Holy Fire Reiki and Crystal sound bowls for about 45 minutes. We will finish the group healing experience with sharing your experiences (optional). Touch is not necessary for the Reiki energy to assist you. Each participant will have their own individual experience from this session.

You will receive deep relaxation, healing, guidance and insights to move forward with life decisions.

New moon Reiki healing circle will be held this coming Wednesday at 6pm at Soul Body Ojai healing center.
Spring Equinox is almost here, and it IS the time for fresh beginning and new creative expansion. The healing energy of Reiki will help you move forward with ease and joy!
The circle will start with gentle Qigong movement for 15 minutes. Then we will pair up to give and receive the healing energy of Reiki. Each person will receive 30-minutes of Reiki.
We finish by sitting in a circle and sharing our experiences and inspirations.

What a dramatic and nice change we have been going through in the valley. Abundance of rainfall, plenty of water running in creeks and green color everywhere!
Even though we are two weeks into 2023, I believe many of you are still tying loose ends and making plans/adjustments for the new year. If you follow lunar calendar or moon cycles like I do, the new year doesn’t really start until January 22nd - the Chinese new year, which always falls on a new moon. We have also been in the mist of an intense Mercury Retrograde since the new year’s eve. This is normally the time we have to deal with challenging issues and re-evaluate relationships and choices, sometimes even dealing crisis. A Reiki session can help you to let go and release old, balance your energetic field and shift you out of any negative emotional patterns so that you can more easily reach inner clarity and natural equilibrium.

The refreshing new moon energy is finally here. This particular one brings a beautiful wave of fresh energy and perspective as it closes the eclipse portal and opens a new space for us to think and move differently. The Reiki healing experience will be initiated with a short guided meditation (10-minutes) and DEEPLY relaxing music. Then you will simply lie down on a yoga mat or sit comfortably for another 30 to 45 minutes to allow the healing energy flow through you and around you.
As the Reiki energy has its own intelligence and each experience is individually guided by the energy to address the specific needs of the participants, you will receive healing from the past and gain insights and guidance in your current life situation. After all participants finish their journeys, we will come back together and you are welcome to share your experience (optional).
There is no physical touch and contact necessary for this healing experience.
