Yesterday we were hired to move Prism Bank to - we were so excited we accidentally loaded several buildings on top of the truck.

We’re out and about all weekend turning chaos into comfort. Scroll through to the very last pic and zoom in to see what an ideal moving experience should look like. Yep, that’s our customer on his back porch enjoying the process in peace! 🙌🫶

HARD LESSON LEARNED - about three weeks ago we had one of those moves that you never want to have. Although there weren’t significant damages, just about everything else that could go wrong went wrong. During the move we lost significant crew members and ran into unforeseen issues than no one could have imagined. But instead of taking the road of the industry norm and dismissing the customer and the experience altogether, we took the brunt of the responsibilities and vowed to make things right. Today we had a chance to redeem ourselves with those same customers and their elderly mother and we are thankful to say that our team absolutely crushed it. It’s a process and we are learning every single day. We’re striving to be something different, something much better in this fragmented industry. Thank you for trusting us Oklahoma!! 🙌🤗🩷🦓
