Yesterday I had the opportunity to provide a Dinner on Father’s Day to the Youth and staff at SIsu.
Menu consisted of :
Hot Links
Grilled chicken
Sliced pork sandwiches
Bbq beans
Fresh corn on the cob
Potato salad .

Probably the only thing lacking maybe would have been some type of desert.

But all in all I’d say not bad spread. The kids aka critics said he was a hit. They get a lot of different types of meals, but I’m pretty sure not a home cooked bbq spread like this.

This weekend is Memorial Day. Don’t forget ribs for your get together. $40/slab w sauce. Order now before you forget.

Sunday Dinner. Country style ribs, fry bread. Potato and macaroni salad. Don’t forget the spun honey for fry bread.

Graduation luncheon. Pulled pork and chicken breasts. Pork smoked for about 9 hrs, wrapped in plastic wrap and put in ice chest for a couple hours. It was falling apart when trying to pick it up. Bones picked cleaned, no problems at all. Chicken smoked for about 4 hrs, nice and juicy when cutting in half.

This Sunday is Rib Sunday. Slab of spare ribs is $40 w sauce and slab of baby backs are $45. Chicken and pork butts also available. Place order by sat noon for Sunday.

Don’t forget graduation parties also. It’s that time of year, reserve your date today before it’s to late.

Easter is next Sunday. Have you ordered your Smoked Ham yet? I know you haven’t because no one has contacted me. So I guess you not serving your family and guests a delicious smoked Ham for dinner. 😁

My Sunday afternoon project. A couple orders for baby backs and a brisket.

This Sunday I will be running a special on baby back ribs. $45 a slab w side of sauce. I found a good price, so I can pass on savings to my customers. Normally baby back’s would run $55 for a slab. Get them while they hot.

Super Bowl Sunday. Instead of ordering out, grill your own wings. Make fresh bbq sauce for the mild then have buffalo sauce for a little bit of spice. Can’t beat home cooking 😁

Been wanting to try and can my sauce. Bought a hand electric canner and finally tested it out. 7 pints freshly canned sauce ready to go. $20 a jar.

1st brisket I've done since wedding in August. So tender it pulled apart by hand. The football crew that I'm on is the lucky recipients of this.

November is here, holiday planning is starting. Smoked Turkeys are$35 you supply Turkey, Turkey Breasts are $30 you provide the breast.
