I came back from vacation and VBS blew up! I know I’m biased, but CHBC has the Best VBS! See you tomorrow for church and Monday for VBS day 1 at 9am 🙂

First Summer Wednesday is tomorrow night! Bible Buddy Stuffed Animals will be adopted out, reading plans will begin, and we will have a lesson on how a dove showed there is hope in God.

The Memorial Service for Juanita Garrison will be April 17 at 10 AM at Capitol Hill Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers or plants you can give to the CHBC Preschool Ministry.

This will be an exciting Crosstimbers camp year as I am going to be the camp pastor while we are there! I’m both excited and nervous about this job 😊

Join us for Crosstimbers Children's Mission Adventure Camp!
The mission of Crosstimbers Camp is to exist to support local church efforts to reach lost children in their communities and to raise up a generation of kids with an authentic walk with God who actively serve others with missional living.

We will leave for camp on Monday, 7/1 in the morning and returning 7/4 in the afternoon. I recognize that is Independence day, but it was the best week for us and our church calendar.
Cost will be $135 per camper. We have about 20 beds for boys and girls. The boys side is almost full; girls invite friends!
Please let me know as soon as possible if you plan for your child to attend.

A deposit of $50 will be due 4/28.

CHBC Kids Children's Ministry at Capitol Hill Baptist Church OKC

AWANA leader appreciation tonight! Thank you to all our leaders who faithfully serve in AWANA. We could not do it without you!

"Stick it to your leader!" We will have small cards and stickers for the kids to give to their leaders. Have them fill out at least one card and deliver it 🙂. We will also deliver treats to the leaders during game time.
