Vito's restaurant will be closed Monday, September 2 for Labor Day. We will reopen Tuesday, September 3.
Working on some other way to do gluten free pasta. This zucchini pasta makes a better GF I think.

Meet your Vito's staff! Kylie started working with us in 2023 and she's one of our shimmering stars. (Our staff sure does love their sparkles😁). In her off time, she's often out hiking in State parks and at local lakes, anywhere outside where she says "you can really find yourself". You'll find her inside Vito's dining room, always smiling, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays so stop in and say hi!

Meet your Vito's staff! Thomas has worked for us since 2021 and comes from a family of Vito’s employees, having 3 relatives that have also worked for us. We're all about family here! He has played music since he was 12, all the way through college as a flute performance major. He attributes his wonderful posture to his years of performance. Quick to smile and laugh, he brightens the day for all of us. Stop in Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday to say hi :)

Meet your Vito's staff! Cindy started working with us in 2016. She took a hiatus for a couple years to work around the country, including a stint at NASA in Houston! With degrees in physics and biochemistry, she's currently working on obtaining yet another degree, this time in forensic accounting. This lady has a very big brain but in her words "no common sense". 😂 Our resident goofball, she keeps all of us in stitches with her hijinks. Catch her in the act on Fridays and Saturdays!

Meet your Vito's staff! Scarlett is one of our newest servers, joining us in 2023. She's an avid baker, often bringing her creations up to share with her co-workers along with selling them at local markets. A meticulous bookkeeper, she often helps her friends do their taxes, and just recently she has started welding school in Tulsa! There's pretty much nothing this young lady can't do. Stop by and see her Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

I made this delicious gnocchi with a little lemon, chicken, garlic, shallots, peppers, and a little spice. Dang delicious, we will try to have it as a special tonight.
