Day 4:
Born and raised in OKC, Tara Price is about as homegrown, as a Okie can be. As a young adult she witnessed firsthand the medicinal effects of cannabis. Whether it was a patient receiving cancer treatment to HIV, epilepsy, depression, anxiety, chronic pain and yes, even asthma. Tara has spent over 11 years as a medical records receptionist for a local Radiology Group, and has always strived to put patient care Above All Else! After the loss of a loved one, she and her husband started their own research to find a healthier option to medicate. That's where she found her love of edibles. Behind the scenes, Tara can be found in various parts of the kitchen! However most of her responsibilities include administrative duties, such as vendor relationships, purchasing/ receiving store invoices, as well as staying compliant with the new FDA laws and the Oklahoma Health Department regulations. You will also find her digging for price breaks while doing her best to shop locally. " I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty. I jump in where I'm needed. Whether it's inventory helping in the kitchen doing dishes or just making sure the bills are paid. I believe what makes Outlaw Edibles stand above the crowd; its a team effort, made of patients for the patients!”

Day 3:
Anthony Gibbs Jr. originally from LosAngeles, where he originally agained his love and knowledge for Cannabis! Anthony has 6 plus year in the catering industry, 4 years as Private Cook and over 6 years in the restaurant industry. Anthony attended College in North Central Oklahoma, where he studied Horticulture and earned a AAS. After working in the Cannabis Industry for over 20 years Growing,Consulting and as a Private Edible Chef. After wanting to merge the two entities, Gibbs enrolled in a local Culinary Arts program in Oklahoma City, where He Graduated Summa cm laude with high honors. After graduating from Culinary School, Anthony has worked various externships opening new concepts in Oklahoma City, while medicating Oklahoma medical patients with my hand crafted artisan edibles. Anthony joined the Outlaw Edible team in January where he is now the Sous Chef and continues to do free-Lance work with infused and non-infused meals!

Caleb Byers, Executive Chef

Chef Caleb cut his culinary teeth early at the age of sixteen and has been working in the industry ever sense. Chef Caleb graduated from the prestigious Coach House program under the tutelage of renowned Chef Kurt Fleishfresser. Upon his graduation Chef Caleb earned a Sous Chef position at Oklahoma’s own culinary powerhouse, A Good Egg, while simultaneously running his own catering company Taste Culinary Innovations! Before signing on with the Outlaws, Chef Caleb was molding the young chef minds of tomorrow as an instructor at a local culinary institution!!

Day 1:
Joe Giacobbe - Director of Culinary Operations. Chef G has been in the restaurant industry for over 3 decades. He started at the bottom, as a dishwasher and worked his way up the ranks as a line cook. G moved to South Carolina and graduated with a degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales in Charleston. Chef G has ran kitchens in Columbia, Charleston, and Charlotte, before moving back to OKC in 2013. After returning to Oklahoma, G worked at a nationally recognized local steak house in automobile alley. Before signing on with Outlaw Chef G taught garde manger and international cuisines at a local college!
