> Hi! How do you feel now, and what is your general mood like?
Living in Ukraine, my mood is quite 'battle-ready' these days. Given the circumstances, there's a mix of resilience and determination. Every day, I think, 'What more can I do for victory?' My mindset is about making a daily commitment to contribute any way I can. On a personal note, I'm navigating through these times with a positive mindset, focusing on staying strong and hopeful.

> Thank you for your response. And what do you do in your spare time?
I'm mostly into watching films. Surprisingly, discovering the quality of Ukrainian cinema has been a pleasant revelation for me. Seeing our local film industry making its mark on the global stage is great.
I also enjoy delving into articles and books, especially on historical, psychological, or communications topics. Oh, and every couple of weeks, I hit up City Quiz. It's a cool game where teams compete by answering questions across different categories like history, facts, and riddles.
I'm planning to take up a sport, but I keep postponing it as if it’s not very important. It's a bit of self-deception, haha.

> What motivates and inspires you the most right now?
What motivates me the most right now is reflecting on the path I've already walked and drawing inspiration from the goals I've set for the future. Seeing the progress and envisioning the possibilities ahead keeps me driven and excited.

> Cool! If we talk about music, what is your favorite song now?
I've never had a favorite song. There are just too many wonderful ones out there to choose from. I'm really into the wealth of amazing Ukrainian songs being released. As for my favorite band, it’s Okean Elzy.

> And what sort of movies do you prefer?
Without a doubt, my preference leans towards historical films - ones grounded in real events. Especially those that delve into the history of Ukraine and Europe.

> It’s quite interesting. What literature (or favorite books) can you recommend?

From fiction, anything by Sidney Sheldon.

> What do you dream about the most?
Ukrainians seem to have one common big dream now.

> I understand you. Let’s talk about your professional sphere. How did you get into Dev.Pro?
I was seeking a company whose values align with mine. (Note: In Dev.Pro, these are Communication, Reliability, Openness, and Education.) My close friend who has already been working with Dev.Pro highlighted that it's all there, and it is real, and it's been a perfect match for me.

> What’s the most important thing for you now at work?
This is closely related to the previous answer :)
The most important thing for me is to work with my super team, where there is transparent, open communication, to learn together, to develop together… Well! What makes you proud of Dev.Pro?
Humanity is reflected in every action the company takes. Adherence to the principles and values outlined in the company.

> Tell us about your career path.
I was absolutely certain I wanted to work with Dev.Pro, specifically in the HR department. However, my first interview attempt didn't go as planned. So, I decided to 'slice the elephant into smaller pieces' and took a slightly different way. I spent a few months working as a recruiting researcher (also with Dev.Pro), then applied for an open position in the HR department. I finally went through the interview successfully. Since then, it's been a journey of continuous self-improvement and learning.

> Please share your professional and personal goals for the near future.
Regarding professional goals, I plan to continue developing as a People Partner, utilizing our internal resources like LMS (where we have a lot of useful information) and external courses/webinars/meetups/conferences.
As for personal goals - they are like secret agents - they prefer undercover missions! ;)

> What advice can you give to IT specialists who are just starting their career path?
Keep on your path regardless of anything. It will yield its fruits. In the dynamic world of IT, every challenge is an opportunity to grow. Stay curious, be resilient, and never hesitate to ask questions.
