Thanksgiving, aka the Kat’s Super Bowl 🥧 I’m super pumped to have two employees this year which opens up multiple days of ordering options - perfect for your office parties and events alongside the big day itself. I’m trying to go as big as possible as we prepare to move into a new place in January, so I’ve added multiple items on the website (you can find flavors and varieties of items in the dropdowns). Some of you might remember how it all started almost 10 years ago - Bun Drops of my OG Cinnamon Rolls all over OKC and the surrounding cities! I was a stay at home Mom with a bunch of rugrats trying to make it happen - the kids are bigger now and I’m still slinging dough. Dropping to OKC and Tulsa on Saturday, October 12th, delivered straight to you. Order as many pans as you like, eat ‘em hot or freeze them for later! Let’s get it.

Scare-Cuterie Board Party Package! I am SO excited to do a test run of my first painting/baking event package for you and your kids. I bring the party and give a lesson on painting your own charcuterie board, teach you how to make your own chocolate filled Frankenbrioche, and all the other cute treats! I will provide all tools and materials, I use your oven and sink for cleanup. If you’d like to order a Scare-Cuterie Board for movie nights in October by itself, I’ve added that option at katsokc.com as well!

Hey guys - this year we put our house on the market, moved, and haven’t found our forever kitchen yet but are finally in a great spot for baking/catering for the rest of 2024. I wanted to share my charcuterie and dessert table details with you guys since they have still been taking off like wildfire, and I hope you’ll be as excited as I am to check out what I have this holiday season. Holiday Menu! Thank you to everyone who keeps this little train going, you don’t know how much it means to me and my family. Every weekend in December is booked with parties and events outside of Christmas, so again, THANK YOU! I’ll post some cute pics of everything this weekend.

I learned a lot from last year, especially with charcuterie. You all crave da meats and loved the bacon wrapped dates, so I made some adjustments to include more of those this year and am minimizing the pastry options to what I do best 🥰 All the cinnamon rolls are freezable, btw! Shawnee and Tulsa, I can set up times if there is enough interest ❤️

Ohhai. This summer has been… a doozy. Seemingly endless hurdles to jump through, swerve around, or quite literally crash right into. So, I’ve been keeping orders tight in my circle as life has required a lot of out-of-kitchen time and attention. BUT. There’s a light! My fall books are slowly filling for weddings and events, and I’ll be opening more slots for baked goods to everyone soon. Stay tuned! 💋

I made some wild blueberry jam this week that is 😵‍💫😵‍💫 so good! Was able to add some to an appetizer tray headed out the door. It’s gonna be amazing with that 🧀.

I’ll also have a cake at the annual 612 Bake Off in Paseo up for auction after the cake competition portion of the event is over. It’s a fun event for a good cause and you can take something home for Easter weekend 😇
