The store is OPEN for you to come in! Limited 10 people in the store at a time. Masks are recommended but not mandatory.

May/Britton & Yukon Location

No cash will be accepted currently, checks and credit cards only.
***DELIVERIES***
All deliveries will remain contactless. Only orders that are prepaid will be delivered.
***SALES REP***
We would love to be back in the salons to service you best. If your salon is allowing we will be back out this week or the following. We will also continue to strengthen our digital communications to facilitate all needs!
***CHARGE ACCOUNTS***
Charging terms will remain suspended during these uncertain times. We will continue to suspend finance charges, for those who still have balances, until June 1st.
*** INVENTORY / STOCK UPDATE ***
Our warehouse in Omaha continues to experience delay in shipments. We are currently experiencing a 14 day lead time in receiving our shipments. This is due to most major fulfillment / manufacturing centers having to adhere to only having 50% of staff inside the building at a given time. It is taking double the time currently to receive special orders.
WHAT WE ARE DOING......
We have scaled up our purchasing to compensate for delays. We are purchasing an average of 1.5 months on high volume items (top moving color, top moving retail, etc) and an average of 3 weeks on mid to low volume items. We are also purchasing several days ahead of our normal purchase schedule to compensate.
WHAT WE RECOMMEND.....
* Salons / Stylists / Techs keep 2 weeks of inventory for upcoming appointments on hand:
* Pre-book and pre-consultation at appointment booking all customers to lock in what supplies you will need in advance
* Have retail items on hand and in stock of your top moving products. Keep these at a 2 week level as well.
* Order odd items well in advance. If it's an item you do not normally purchase please go ahead and order that as soon as possible so we can make sure to have it for you.
*** PPE // SANITIZERS / CLEANERS ***
We are limiting orders / purchases of these items to 2 per customer. Please ORDER these in advance when you are about 1/2 full on your bottle/tub so we can get you on the back order list. We are seeing these items come in and immediately go out to our back order list.
