Tuesday, October 8th is Career Fair Day! Make a plan to stop by the Great Hall between 11:30-1:30! This is your opportunity to network with recruiters who have paid to meet you and talk with you about employment opportunities ranging from internships to full-time, salaried positions. This is also an ideal time to practice those networking skills – find out what employers are looking for in an ideal candidate by chatting with our recruiters, then stop by our professional headshot booth for a free headshot to use on LinkedIn or your personal webpage! Interacting with employers will help you prepare for a job interview wherever and with whomever down the road, but in this instance, your Career Services team is in the room with you while it happens! For a full list of employers attending, plus an opportunity to check out what they’re hiring for, log-in to Handshake and check out the Career Fair details under the ‘Events’ tab! While you’re there, register! This will make your check-in process at the fair easier, and will land you a premade name badge.
