The Man Behind the Scenes! Jake Doles(COO) started out at Phantom as a handler and has since worked his way into the Chief Operating Officer! Jake is a very big Key to the success of Phantom K9. Jake is very loyal and an exceptional friend. Our partnership is one that could never be duplicated. We offset each other perfectly. I could never thank you enough for your dedication and your one of a kind friendship!

2023 was an extremely challenging year. Probably the most difficult year I have ever had. I have gone from hiring as fast as I can, spinning up new contracts, competitive K9 companies sending emails to push us out of contracts, and numerous other examples of adversity. I wouldn’t change any of it. My daughter Kadence has been right beside me. Keeping me focused on the future as well as the task at hand. Many of you have already met her, our future is bright at Phantom K9. 2024 is already projected and will be our biggest year ever to date! My current clients and future clients I have already met with, they understand and appreciate the down to earth small business approach. They appreciate that they can pick up the phone and feel comfortable calling me for anything. My company can not be duplicated. You can’t teach ethics, perseverance, and determination! I’m still here, I’m still growing, and I have just as strong minded mini me right beside me to ensure we continue to set the standard! Get ready, we are coming!!

A few days ago we had a medical emergency with K9 Smokey. Quick recognition from our VP of Operations and extraordinary medical attention from Dr. Hiddink at the Neel Veterinary Hospital played a huge role in saving K9 Smokeys life. He was rushed into surgery and is well on his way back to recovery.
We can’t express how thankful we are for our VP of Operations, Dr. Hiddink,DVM, and the entire staff at the Neel Veterinary Hospital that played a crucial role in saving K9 Smokey!

Excellent first day of our Fall Detection Seminar!

This young woman means everything to me. It seems like yesterday she came into this world. She is a young beautiful 20 year old woman, who always does what needs to be done no matter what. Shes not always happy about it, but she will jump on a plane and fly across the country to fill a 5 hour shift, she will jump in her car and drive 18 hours to do a 2 hour search and she will throw on safety equipment to help out in the oil field. She’s fierce, she’s strong, she’s passionate, and she don’t have an off switch. She is a born leader and works so hard already. She is the future of Phantom! She is my daughter! I’m so proud of you. Look out, because if you think im determined to succeed, she is 100 times the person I am! Get Ready!

Excited to be a part of the Crime Stoppers of SW Oklahoma Narcotics Competition this weekend in Lawton, Oklahoma. Looking forward to watching some amazing canine teams!
