Dr. Clark was able to contact the USDA and UK customs on the pets behalf to get them access into the country. Our CSR Melanie helped by relaying messages and reassuring mom during a stressful time at the airport.
We're so happy we could help and that Ollie made is safely to Scotland! ✈️🧳🎯
