Tears of Llorona is a bourbons drinkers Tequila. Made with 100% pure Weber Agave Azul grown in the volcanic slopes of the Mexican highlands, where agave grows slow and has a higher starch content; it is then distilled twice in traditional copper pot stills and aged in three different types of oak barrels, Scotch, Sherry and Brandy for 5 years which is 2 years longer than most traditional extra añejos. This tequila is ICONIC.

This seasonal release is brewed with cherries and orange peels, but most importantly it’s aged in freshly decanted Kentucky Bourbon barrels. Orange peel and sweet cherry aromas are forward on the nose along with tasting notes of mature oak, vanilla, orange bitters, and subtle hints of spice finished with the smooth malts of the ale. 🍺 Kentucky Bourbon Ale: Toffee, Oak, Vanilla, Caramel ~
Subtle yet familiar flavors of vanilla and oak are imparted to this special ale as it rests in the charred barrels. After aging for at least six weeks, the beer has grown to become the flagship beer of the premier name in barrel-aged beers: Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale. Kentucky Tangerine Cream Ale has a refreshing white head with a slight hop body with a luxurious mouthfeel. Moderate balance of maltiness and pleasantly sweet with notes of both vanilla and tangerine coming through clearly without being overpowering, allowing the vanilla and tangerine to shine.

Master Distiller Billy Walker is an icon in the Scotch Whisky industry. Throughout his famed career, Billy has amassed countless awards including Master Distiller/ Blender of the Year (World Whisky Awards, 2020) and in 2021, was inducted into Whisky Magazine’s prestigious Hall of Fame – a permanent tribute to those who have made a lasting contribution to the industry. These two Single Malt Scotch Whisky’s are absolutely worth every penny.

Color: Deep Mahogany.
Nose: Layers of heather honey, cinnamon, butterscotch and sticky raisins, with notes of mocha lingering in the background.
Taste: Bursts of orange zest, heather honey and damsons, followed by lashings of mocha, dark chocolate, cinnamon, figs and dates.

•15 Year
Color: Rich Mahogany.
Nose: Waves of heather honey, dark chocolate and figs, with notes of fruit cake, mocha and cinnamon.
Taste: Lashings of fig syrup, mocha and treacle, followed by dark chocolate, sweet spices and heather honey, fused with ginger on the finish.

Bright ruby red color, aromas of plums, carobs, cherries. The palate is warm, fairly tannic, intense, with a red fruit jam finish. Pairs well with salami, pasta dishes with tomato sauce, meats.

Aromas and flavors of strawberry, ripe pear, and apple. Lees contact creates complexity and intense aromatics. Pairs well with seafood, especially shellfish, citrus marinades and yoghurt sauces. Certified Biodynamic by Demeter.

-> 2022 Lunaria “Pettirose” Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo Rose
Bright red cherry, ripe raspberry with minerality & almond finish. Well-balanced acidity. Pairs well with tomato sauce, charcuterie and salty Parmigiano cheese. Fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel.

-> 2019 Lunaria BIB Montepulciano d’Abruzzo (3L)
Impenetrable ruby red color, aromas of intense red fruit and black cherry jam, light notes of cocoa. The palate is warm, fairly tannic, soft, intense, with the typical almond finish. This wine pairs well with BEEF, whether it’s steak, hamburgers or beef bolognese.
Aging: Part in oak barrels and part in stainless steel tanks for at least four months.

->2020 Lunaria BIB Pinot Grigio (3L)
Copper color, aroma is intense, floral with yellow fruits, hints of ethereal; the palate is fresh, intense, and fruity with light rose pedal finish. This wine pairs well with Seafood, especially shrimp cocktail.

Pours the color of darkest night. Heavy aromas of bleuberry pie, luxurious suede couches, ham paninis, unlit menthol ci******es and roquefort tarts. Pairs well with Roast pork, ribs, baked potatoes and fried food.

If you like red wine, then you like Cabernet. Big and juicy while being refined with length for days ... Aromas of snappy red fruits and dried herbs with blueberries, cacao, black pepper, Ethiopian coffee. Pairs well with lamb, deer/venison and poultry.
