Most business owners struggle in areas they think they can fix on their own.
How long does this usually go on? For some it's a few years. Most people will struggle for 3 to 5 years without fixing issues and they close their business or shift to something different without finding the solution.
They start the process over because they think they can be better next time and they create something new that they struggle with.
Some business owners will hold on to their problems for 30 years, sell their business to a different person and watch them solve the problems they could have solved 30 years ago and multiply their business to levels they never knew were possible. (I've watched that one happen to personal friends of mine)
We can't solve every problem on our own.
We have to pull the trigger on becoming an actual entrepreneur that understands business. Business can only grow when you put the proper solution providers on the things you're not good at.
If you can't build a brand then pay someone to help you build a brand.
If you can't develop an articulate offer for your audience then pay someone to help you articulate an offer.
If you can't grow attention towards your offer then pay someone to market your offer to your audience.
If you can't acquire customers who are paying attention to your offer then pay someone to sell for you.
If you can't accurately fulfill your product or service then pay someone to provide accurate fulfillment.
Are you starting to see the picture here? You aren't good at everything. You just aren't. Even if you are you don't have time to do everything in the whole spectrum of a successful business.
At the very least you need a coach to keep you on target. Sometimes when you are stuck your coach will be the game changer for you.

4 years ago I had just lost a $250,000 software contract. 😢
I was ready to shift my attention in a big way.
I decided to go ALL IN on a new brick and mortar local business. The idea stage lead to $300,000 in year one.
Now it was time to put my knowledge to the test. With my business partners industry knowledge and my business knowledge we built a business that now is running close to the $2,000,000 level in under 4 years.
I know that for some of you this is a dream, but it's really a simple method that I have spent years formulating to be able to apply to any local business.
Here is what I did.
My brother-in-law had years of excellent experience in the auto repair industry. He had taken a break in that career path and I kept bugging him to get back in with his wealth of knowledge.
When the time came we put the idea to the test and opened Patriot Garage in Yukon Oklahoma.
We started out of the gate with my years of marketing skills and his years of technician skills.
When we past $250,000 before the first year was up I knew this was going to be big!!!
I began to research everything I needed to know in the industry to be the smartest auto repair shop owner I could be.
After applying systems and processes, marketing, infrastructure, and growing past $1.3 MM in year 3, I decided to start helping other businesses achieve stability in their local business by applying the techniques I had developed over the years.
I had told my wife while I was building my software business that I wanted to have a brick and mortar.
I wanted a local team. I wanted to prove that the digital space wasn't the only space to make stable business growth with big revenue.
I was right. 😉
Our goal to build a million dollar shop has become a reality.
I'm so excited!
