Congratulations to this past Saturday's Bob Moore Ford Patriot of the Game, U.S. Marine Corps Retired Staff Sergeant Stan Green. Staff Sergeant Green is from Tulsa, OK and enlisted in the Marine Corps at the age of 17. After completing combat engineering school Staff Sergeant Green took the Recon Indoc and received orders to 2nd Force Recon Company. Through a tremendous career with Force recon Sgt Green deployed several times including to Afghanistan in 2008. During a Direct Action Raid, in September of 2008, Sgt Green was injured in combat with a gunshot wound to the lower left leg which resulted in the amputation of the left leg below the knee. Sgt Green was medically retired because of the injuries in 2011. During his career Sgt Green was awarded the Purple Heart, the Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal, 3 Combat Action Ribbons, and 2 Navy & Marine Unit Commendation Medals amongst many more We appreciate your service for our country, Sgt Green. Congratulations to this past Saturday's Bob Moore Ford Patriot of the Game, U.S. Marine Corps Retired Lieutenant Colonel Timothy Williams. Colonel Williams hails from Durant, Oklahoma and joined the Corps in 1990 before serving 31 years on active duty. Across his career Colonel Tim Williams held many high level command and staff positions in many areas including the Marine Expeditionary Force, Marine Special Operations Command, Marine Forces Pacific, and Aberdeen Proving grounds to name a few. Serving in positions of leadership Colonel Williams was also deployed on 2 tours to Iraq and Afghanistan supporting Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. During his lifetime of service to our country Colonel Williams has been awarded the Legion of Merit, the Meritorious Service Medal, the Navy Commendation Medal, and the Army Commendation Medal to name just a few. We appreciate your service for our country, Colonel Tim Williams. Thank you to , , and for continuing to honor our country’s service members!

Congratulations to this past Saturday's Bob Moore Ford Patriot of the Game, U.S. Army Retired Colonel Edward Barry Browning. Colonel Browning began his military career in 1983 and retired in 2014 after 31 years of service to our Country. Colonel Browning served a decorated career in the Military Medical field including many leadership positions such as Training Officer, Platoon Leader, Operations Officer, Unit Commander, Deputy Chief of Staff and Command Deputy Chief of Staff. Colonel Browning has served 3 deployments to Iraq, 2 Deployments to Honduras, and 3 deployments to Panama amongst many others. After 31 years of service Colonel Browning has been recognized in many ways including the Legion of Merit, The Bronze Star, and the Meritorious Service Medal with 5 Oak Leaf Clusters amongst many more.
