Top rated barbershop in Central NJ is looking for a pleasant Front Desk Associate to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises. This candidate plays in important role for our business because they are the "Director of First Impressions".
Front Desk Representative Responsibilities
Include:
• Properly answering the phone
• Greeting and welcoming clients and guests as they enter the salon
• Answering questions and addressing complaints
• Properly operate a computer with business software
