The Hospitality Hall of Fame committee is proud to announce the first annual winner of the Great Olean Area Hospitality scholarship to Audrey Hurlburt. Audrey is a graduating senior of Ellicottville High School and also has completed the culinary arts program at Cattaraugus-Allegany BOCES. Throughout her high school career, Audrey has participated in NTHS, Skills USA, and sports. She participated in 4-H and the prom committee. Outside of her culinary BOCES program, Audrey has gained hospitality experience throughout jobs as a hostess at Slope Side Bar & Grill, a cashier at Cupcaked Bakery, and expeditor at John Harvards all located in Ellicottville, NY. Audrey plans to attend Genesee Community College in the fall to continue to peruse her passion in the
hospitality industry. Her goal upon graduation is to open her own bakery! Congratulations Audrey
