When you start… there is only one rule for success, and it WILL keep you from quitting: “Stay out of your EGO”!! I designed this program for infinite replay-ability. You will never get bored, and never plateau!! But as a result, you will not begin at the finish line! my goal is for you to start Modified AND… WITH JUST YOUR BODY WEIGHT!! I HAVE to pick up props like weights & loops to show how to use them… maybe for your 2nd or 3rd round!

If you expect yourself to be perfect, or to do everything I’m doing, you’re setting yourself up for failure. Note: I can’t even do everything I am doing 🤣🤣. So set yourself up for Success instead!!
