I see this a lot in my practice with women and men. Today we will focus on the ladies. Most people that have really poor sleep take melatonin or some form of drug to sleep. When I ask about their hormone levels I always get the same answer "their doctor's never test their hormones." It's like hormones just don't exist anymore. Did you know Estrogen is intimately linked to serotonin? Serotonin makes melatonin. Melatonin is the primary sleep hormone. This means, if you’ve been sleeping less and feeling fatigued, you could have low estrogen. And this is why I think looking at your hormone levels is really important. No matter how old you are.

Another really fun event today in Union! We learned so much this morning about tea and it's origins while we tasted some amazing teas. Thank you Sally Keasler for making tea so fun. We love Mama-Te-A!

I have 58 kids that want to be part of a Lego club but not enough Lego's for the kids.
We are the generation that grew up with Legos and know the importance of creativity, imagination, and the skills that come with building and designing. We can help these kids!
The kids are from the Hood Canal School which is one of the lowest to no income schools in the area.
The Lego corporation will not donate. I have asked and the director of the Lego club, Cindy Lizama, (special education teacher at the school and Lego club leader) has also asked Lego to donate.
It's up to us people. We can do this!

Such an amazing week this week. So many healing miracles. We are so blessed with our patients and being part of their healing.

1. Female patient that has suffered with migraines since about age two she stated. After a detailed history I (Lexi) helped her root out some of the cause of her migraines and hormone based migraines. She went from having almost daily migraines to only 2 in a month. We will continue to work together to find complete resolution.
2. Patient was having a lot of memory issues, scattered thoughts and daily morning headaches. We found that there are some food intolerance's, some missing minerals, and an underlying gut infection - symptoms have been resolved.
3. Patient with low oxygen levels, brain fog, poor concentration, increased blood pressure, loss of stamina, lightheaded, and difficulty sleeping - symptoms have been resolved.
4. Patient was having acute low back pain that made sleep, daily activities, and sports very difficult. Patient is now able to sleep a full night without pain, can do all activities of daily living and is tearing up the course!
It's so wonderful to see so many healings!

6. Patient couldn't stand on their ankle. After 3 laser treatments they are able to go on vacation now. Patient was going to cancel because they couldn't walk.
