Saturday, September 14
10:00 am - 1:00 pm
We dedicate most of our time and energy trying to avoid problems by making changes to the external world. However, the main cause of our unhappiness and difficulties cannot be found in external conditions. The main cause
of our unhappiness and difficulties is the negative karma we have created in the past through performing harmful actions. By relying upon Vajrasattva, the Buddha of purification and practising a special meditation we can free ourselves from all our negative karma, thus, removing the cause of unhappiness and difficulties from our mind.
In this half-day course, Resident Teacher Rob Lutz will explain the four powerful methods that Buddha taught to create a transformation in our mind. If we transform our mind, we will change the outcomes that we experience down the road.

Half-Day Course with Rob Lutz
Saturday, July 20 (10am-1pm)
Our mind has limitless potential. But we can easily find ourself stuck in repetitive ways of thinking and behaving. Buddha taught many gentle methods to help us transform our mind and break free from old habits. Buddha also taught ways to stabilize more realistic, constructive and positive views, intentions and actions. It all starts with understanding and transforming our own mind. With compassion and wisdom we can solve all our daily problems and accomplish the real meaning of our human life, and like two wings of a bird they will enable us to reach enlightenment quickly.
In this half-day course with Rob Lutz, we will take a practical look at Buddha’s wisdom teachings and how it can be applied to our modern life. This class is perfectly suited for those seeking solutions within Buddhism, as well as for encouraging practitioners of all faiths to deepen their understanding and practice of the spiritual path.
