- Declutter your kitchen. Give yourself space by cleaning out your fridge and pantry to make room for your ingredients for the perfect Thanksgiving meal.
- Deep clean your home. Prepare for guests by cleaning common areas such as your entryway, bathrooms, living room and dining room.
- Put the finishing touches on your decorations. If you haven’t already, now is the perfect time to bring out the pumpkins, leaves and other fall decor!

Modernization - Farmhouse fresh was huge in the 2010s, but we're beginning to see a shift towards minimalistic design with clean lines and wood finishes.
Smart appliances - Even the most basic tasks in our routine, such as grocery ordering, are becoming digitized. Look for more upgrades to your kitchen appliances in the next few years like Revolution Cooking's touch screen smart toaster or Cosori's Bluetooth-controlled air fryer.
Moody color palettes - White will never truly go out of style, but there has been a shift from the bright kitchen into a moodier natural palette. Dark greens, blues and grays are becoming an increasingly popular choice and pair nicely with white elements.
Glass cabinetry - We're beginning to see glass cabinetry sneak into the kitchen. This trend is a great way to display everyday items without completely open shelving.

-Don't just splurge on nice paint, buy high-quality rollers covers and brushes. Investing in high-quality rollers will help your coats go on smoothly and evenly.
-Don't skip the outlet covers! It may be time-consuming to unscrew the light switch and outlet covers, but this step helps save your covers from paint drops and creates and save you time from masking around each cover.
-Box your paint! When you buy more than one can of paint, the cans are almost certainly never the same color. Box your paint by mixing the cans into a large five-gallon bucket. This ensures consistent color from start to finish.
-Paint from top to bottom. Starting at the top and working your way down allows you to cover mistakes and paint drips as you go.

Your living room is the hub of your home where you can gather with your family, visit with old friends or cozy up for a fall movie. But when your space is cluttered, it can be hard to relax. Here are five steps to follow to help organize and declutter your home.
-Deep clean and donate. The living room can become a catch-all for items in your home. Bring boxes into your living room for items that need to be transplanted into other areas of your home and for items that need to be donated.
-Find a place for everything. Once you've gone through your living room, ensure of the items have a home. Designate a spot or basket for items such as your TV remotes, books and blankets.
-Minimize decor. Keeping decor to a minimum is a great way to make your space feel less cluttered. Avoid overcrowding and stick with grouping decor in twos or threes.
-Hide electronics. Tackle your tangled cords to create a tidier display in your living room. Designate a basket for your chargers and smaller electronics, and invest in some cable managers to wrangle the cords behind your TV.
-Get a catch-all container. Clutter will always find its way back into your living space. Be prepared with a small catch-all container you can keep out of sight until your items find their home.
