1. ROASTED PORK TACO: corn tortilla, smoked green chili pork, pickled red onions, queso fresco cheese- lime wedge for squeezing
2. TEXICAN TACO: flour tortilla, seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, fresh pico de gallo, and some cheddar cheese
3. RUSTY TACO: corn tortilla, marinated achiote pork that we char on the grill, a pineapple jalapeño relish, onion/cilantro mixture- lime wedge for squeezing
4. PICADILLO TACO: corn tortilla, spicy ground beef + potatoes, diced onion/cilantro mixture- lime for squeezing
5. CHICKEN FAJITA TACO: double corn tortilla, seasoned + grilled chicken, grilled fajita veggies, fresh pico de gallo- lime wedge for squeezing

Caribbean Jerk Fish-
The newest & coolest taco on the block

Starts with a flour tortilla, we season the fish with some jerk seasoning, grill the fish to perfection, add some crunchy red cabbage and fresh pineapple- lastly the sauce we made our take on a Caribbean jerk sauce.
Tad tangy, little spice and some sweetness there.
Lime for squeezing.

OR try it in a bowl with cilantro lime rice & house black beans.
