What not to do!!
Anyone installing a mini split, don’t do this, just make a new and nice flare, add a little nylog or refrigerant oil and torque to specs, that’s it. The thread sealant will get in the system and cause havoc.

Removed this old leaky poor performing ductwork and installed some new properly sized and sealed ductwork. This job turned out fantastic and will definitely help with a more healthy home, comfort and energy savings.

The two Ladies were dealing with no a/c all of August, windows open and fans blazing, multiple showers a day and restless nights. They toughed out a very hot month. This one had a repairable crack at the manifold. No problem, tore it down, repaired, cleaned it up and got her going.

Johnny bending metal on the new sheet metal brake. We like precision, so we ditched a 1915 model for this 2021 model.

Mocking up a crossover box with aluminum. A little different but this will be corrosion resistant and work great! Thanks guys, looking great.
